ABOUT ME

Gloria Campedelli is an art galleries expert and researcher based in London. She earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Padua and furthered her academic pursuits by completing an Executive Master in Economics and Management of Art at the esteemed Sole24Ore Business School. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Art and Politics at Goldsmiths University. With over 5 years of extensive experience in art galleries management, Campedelli has held key roles such as gallery manager, gallery coordinator, digital strategist, and location manager for internationally recognized entities including Hignell Gallery, Cris Contini Contemporary, Galleria del Cembalo, Eve Leibe Gallery, and Dorothy Circus Gallery. In addition to her professional endeavours, Campedelli is the founder of The Pinna, an artist-led community comprised of creatives originating from conflict and post-colonial areas. Demonstrating her commitment to the arts, Campedelli's collective show, "Apolidia," conceptualized in 2023, secured a position among the prestigious recipients of the Culture Grant 2023 awarded by Fondazione Venezia in Venice, Italy.

WHO OWNS THE LAND ONLINE SHOW

Exhibition online investigating the relationship between contemporary art and the concept of ‘motherland’, through 4 macro-categories: state of conflict, state of coloniality, state of statelessness and state of diaspora. Featuring 17 artists coming from Ukraine, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and of Rohingya provenance, among many others.
